After a great spinning interval training I wanted to come and share some exercise inspiration. After my skydiving accident I have found a totally new set of motivation for myself. Now a big part of the enjoyment stems from the fact that I can move and exercise. I have also noticed that my (literally) iron ankle feels much better the more I exercise. Basically, I want to be able to run 'like the wind', be super flexible and to be able to do all kinds of cool things. Also, one day I want to be a cool super granny.

Probably the most important thing is that right now I find exercising extremely fun and is there anything better than doing something that you truly enjoy and that makes you smile?
